Terms and Conditions

About These Terms

These terms cover your use of the Landscaping Ocoee website. We are a landscaping company working with homeowners in Ocoee, FL, and the surrounding area. By reading or using this site, you agree to the terms on this page. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please stop using the site and give us a call instead.

What This Website Is For

This site is here to explain the landscaping work we do and how to reach us. It is informational only. You can't book, buy or pay for anything here. The only way to contact us is by phone at (407) 986-0087.

Estimates and Agreements

Descriptions of services on this site, such as lawn care, irrigation or tree trimming, are general. They are not an offer or a price. Every yard is different, so we only give an estimate after an on-site walkthrough of your property.

Any actual work is set by the written estimate or agreement we share with you before starting, not by anything written on this website.

Accuracy of Information

We try to keep the information here current and correct. Plant care, watering needs and seasonal timing can vary from one property to the next, so treat what you read as general guidance rather than advice for your specific home. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.

Using the Site Fairly

Please use this site for its intended purpose. Don't try to disrupt it, copy large parts of it for commercial use or use it to mislead others. The text, photos and design belong to us or are used with permission.

Limits of Responsibility

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general website content, from the site being unavailable or from errors we have not yet caught. Our responsibilities for any job at your home are the ones set out in the agreement for that job.

Changes and Governing Law

We may revise these terms now and then, and the version posted here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Questions About These Terms

If anything on this page is unclear, we're happy to talk it through. Reach us by phone at (407) 986-0087 and we'll answer in plain language.
