Landscaping in Ocoee and the Towns Around It

We take care of yards across Ocoee and the neighboring towns, from weekly lawn care to new beds, sod and tree work. Every job starts the same way: a free walkthrough of your property, so you know what we would do and why before anything is scheduled.

Where Our Crews Work

Most of our days are spent in Ocoee, and we regularly work in Winter Garden, Windermere, Pine Hills and Orlovista. Our trucks also head north to Apopka, South Apopka, Clarcona and Forest City, and over to Lake Butler and Lockhart. If your home is close by and not on that list, ask anyway. We will tell you plainly whether we can serve you well.

Staying close lets us keep visits regular and show up when we said we would. It also means we see the same soil, the same storms and the same watering rules on every street we work, so the advice you get at your walkthrough fits your yard, not a yard in some other climate.

What Shapes Yard Work Around Here

Sandy soil and heavy rain
Soil across the area is mostly sand. Water and nutrients drain through fast, so lawns and beds dry out quickly in the dry spring months, then get soaked during the summer rainy season. We set mulch depth, plant choice and watering schedules with both swings in mind, which keeps plants healthier and cuts down on water you pay for but lose.
Heat, shade and your cooling bill
Long, hot summers mean afternoon sun hits the west and south walls of a house hard. A well-placed shade tree or a planted bed instead of bare rock or pavement can keep those walls and the ground around them cooler. When we plan landscape design or tree work, we point out where shade would make your home more comfortable and where a tree is too close to the roof or foundation.
Homes old and new
The area has a mix of older ranch homes with mature oaks and tired irrigation, and newer subdivisions with young plantings and builder-grade sod. Older yards often need tree trimming, stump grinding and a sprinkler tune-up. Newer ones usually need beds filled out and grass that can handle full sun.
Watering days, HOAs and permits
The local water management district sets which days you may run sprinklers, and we program irrigation controllers to match. Plenty of neighborhoods have an HOA with its own say on grass varieties, plants and patios or walkways. Removing a larger or protected tree can also need sign-off from the local government first. Ahead of the job, we look into the rules that cover your address and explain how they affect the plan, so nothing catches you off guard.
Storm season
Summer storms and hurricane season test every tree and palm. Thinning heavy canopies, removing dead fronds and taking down weakened trees ahead of time reduces the mess afterward. When a storm does leave debris behind, our property cleanup crews haul it away.

See What Your Yard Needs

We will walk your property with you, talk through what is working and what is not, and give you a free estimate you can think over. If a bigger project makes sense, you can spread the cost with financing of up to $100,000 over 2–12-year terms, and paying it off early never costs you a penalty.
