From there we pick a time to come out that suits your schedule, here in Ocoee or in nearby towns like Winter Garden and Windermere.

At the walkthrough we look at sun, drainage, sprinkler coverage and what is growing where. If a shade tree on the west side or a better-tuned irrigation system would lower your cooling or water costs, we will tell you, and if it would not, we will say that too. You then get a free estimate in writing, broken out line by line. Bigger projects can be paid over time: we offer financing of up to $100,000, with terms from 2 to 12 years and no penalty if you pay it off early.

1. Your address and the days and times that work best for a visit to your home.
2. A short list of what bothers you most, such as bare patches, overgrown beds, spreading bamboo or a stump in the way.
3. A recent water bill if irrigation is on your mind, since it helps us spot wasted runs.
4. A rough sense of your budget and timing, so we can suggest options that fit.
