Summers here are long, and some of what we do can take a little strain off your home. A shade tree planted in the right spot can cool a patio and the wall behind it as it grows. A good layer of mulch holds moisture in your beds so they need less watering. Shrubs kept trimmed back from your AC condenser let it pull in air freely. We only bring these up when they genuinely apply to your yard.
We also try to make the work easy to live with. You get a plain explanation of what we found, a written estimate you can read line by line, and a crew that cleans up before it leaves. Some projects are bigger, like new sod, a paver patio or a full landscape design. For those, ask us about paying over time: we offer financing up to $100,000, with terms anywhere from 2 to 12 years and no penalty if you pay it off early.

We look before we price
Every estimate starts with a visit to your home. We walk the property alongside you, hear what's bothering you, and price the job from what's actually in front of us. That visit and the estimate cost you nothing.
Straight repair-or-replace answers
If your irrigation needs two new heads and a timer adjustment, that's what we'll tell you. We won't push a new system or fresh sod when a smaller fix will do the job.
Plants chosen for the heat
We lean toward turf, shrubs and groundcovers that handle strong sun and sandy soil without constant watering. Less water and fewer replacements keep your running costs down.
Care for your home and your time
We protect walkways and beds while we work, haul away clippings and debris, and let you know ahead of time when we'll arrive. Tree trimming, stump grinding and bamboo removal can get messy, so cleanup is part of the job, not an add-on.
