Property Cleanup in Ocoee
If your yard slipped out of hand for a season or a few years, we clear it out. We cut back overgrowth, pull vines and weeds, remove brush and old debris, and haul it all off, leaving you an open, usable yard and a clear path around your home.

A fresh start for a yard that got ahead of you
Property cleanup is a one-time reset for an outdoor space that has gone untended for a season or several years. It fits after you buy a home with a neglected yard, before you list one, after a long stretch away, or when life simply got busy. It goes deeper than a regular seasonal cleanup. We deal with what has built up over time: shrubs swallowing walkways, vines climbing fences and walls, dead plants, fallen limbs and old yard waste.
Around Ocoee, the summer rainy season can turn a few skipped months into a jungle. Clearing it does more than improve the view. Shrubs crowding your AC condenser starve it of airflow and make it work harder, and vines on exterior walls hold moisture against the house. Opening those areas back up helps your cooling system breathe and gives you a clear look at the outside of your home.
What a property cleanup covers
Overgrowth cut back
We trim or remove shrubs that have outgrown their spot, especially ones blocking windows, walkways, doors or the AC unit. Healthy plants get shaped. Plants that are dead or too far gone get pulled after we talk with you.
Vine and weed removal
We pull vines off fences, trees and walls and dig out the root crowns where we can reach them, not just the top growth. Beds get weeded down to bare soil so you can see what is left to work with.
Brush and limb clearing
Fallen branches, low limbs, saplings growing where they should not and thick brush along fence lines all come out. Larger trees or anything near the roof goes to our tree trimming and removal crew.
Debris haul-off
Everything we cut, pull or rake leaves with us. That includes old yard waste piles, dead plant material and leftover landscape debris, so you are not stuck dragging bags to the curb for weeks.
Edges and hard surfaces cleared
We cut back grass and growth creeping over driveways, walkways and patio edges, and blow off the hard surfaces before we go.

Signs your yard is ready for a cleanup
- Plants are pressing on the house
- Shrubs touching siding, windows or the roofline trap moisture and give pests an easy path inside. If you cannot walk between your plants and your walls, it is time.
- The AC unit is boxed in
- Condensers need open space around them to move air. When leaves, vines or shrubs close in, the unit runs longer to keep your home cool.
- Vines are taking over
- Vines on fences, trees or walls spread fast and get harder to remove every month. Catching them early keeps the job smaller.
- You have lost track of the beds
- If weeds and volunteer saplings have erased the line between bed and lawn, a cleanup brings the original layout back into view.
- Debris has been piling up
- Old limbs, leaf piles and dead plants hold water, attract insects and make the yard hard to mow or use.
How a cleanup day goes
- 1
Walk the property together
We come out, walk the yard with you and listen to what bothers you most. We point out what we would keep, what should go and anything we notice, like a plant crowding the AC or a vine creeping under siding.
- 2
A clear written estimate
You get a written estimate that lists the areas we will clear and what is included in the haul-off. Nothing gets added on the day without your okay.
- 3
Clear, cut and pull
Our crew works area by area, starting with the heavy overgrowth and moving to beds and edges. We work carefully around plants you want to keep, along with your irrigation heads and outdoor lighting.
- 4
Haul away and final walk
We load and remove the debris, blow off the hard surfaces and walk the yard with you before we leave. If something was missed, we take care of it while we are there.
What shapes the price of a cleanup
No two overgrown yards are alike, so we price each one only after seeing it in person, and the walkthrough and estimate cost you nothing. If the cleanup is the first step toward a bigger project, you can spread out the cost. We offer financing for amounts up to $100,000, with terms anywhere from 2 to 12 years and no penalty for paying it off early.
- How far it has gone
- A yard skipped for one season takes far less time than one left for years. Woody shrubs, established vines and saplings take more labor than soft weeds.
- Size and access
- Larger lots take longer. Narrow side yards, fenced backyards and slopes slow the work when we have to carry debris out by hand.
- Volume of debris
- Haul-off is a real part of the cost. The more material leaving the property, the more loads and disposal it takes.
- Extra work along the way
- Stumps, bamboo or large trees are separate jobs. We list them on their own lines so you can choose what to tackle now.
Property cleanup questions
- How is this different from a seasonal cleanup?
- Seasonal cleanup is routine upkeep for a yard that is already in decent shape, like cutting back perennials and clearing leaves. Property cleanup is for a yard that has gotten away from you and needs a full reset. Many customers start with a property cleanup and then switch to seasonal cleanup or lawn care to keep it there.
- Will you remove plants I want to keep?
- No. During the walkthrough we go over what stays and what goes, and we can flag plants with tape so the crew knows. If we find something questionable on the day, we ask you first.
- Do I need to be home during the cleanup?
- Not necessarily. We like to walk the yard with you at the start and the end, but the work in between does not require you. Just make sure gates are unlocked and pets are inside.
- Can you deal with bamboo or stumps at the same time?
- Yes. Bamboo removal and stump grinding are separate services, and we can schedule them alongside your cleanup. We price them on their own lines so you can decide.
- What happens after the yard is cleared?
- That is up to you. Some people want fresh mulch and beds or new sod right away, others want a full landscape design. We can talk through options during the final walk with no pressure.
